Free Foster Care Software

We recognize that nonprofit child welfare agencies have limited funds and often their budgets are set a year in advance. That's ok. We can work with that. Our kick-the-tires, 12-month free trial makes it easy to start seeing the benefits of collaboration right away.

The "fine print"
  • The video conferencing platform is free for one month.
  • The digital signature platform is not free. It is a pay-per-transaction platform. By default, our free accounts do not have access to the digital signature platform. If you'd like to utilize it, please contact us and you can prepay for a set number of transaction and you can have access to the digital signature platform.
  • The collaboration platform is free for 12 months. You have full access to all modules of the platform. Your agencies can have unlimited users and you can invite an unlimited number of people to your teams.
  • The free version of the collaboration platform is limited to 8 teams. (The paid version allows for unlimited teams.)
  • Prerecorded training for agency employees and foster parents is available free of charge.
  • Live, web-based training is available for an additional fee.
  • Support for free accounts is provided via Live Chat and email. Please use our contact page to submit a support request.
How the free trial works
  • Contact us to let us know you'd like to try the free trial.
  • We'll contact you and discuss what we need to get your agency set up, we'll share training resources and take you through a lite version of our onboarding process. We'll explain the key things you need to do to make sure your use of the platform is successful.
  • Once your agency is set up, you'll be able to create teams and begin inviting users to those teams. There are no costs for these additional users.
  • You can end your free trial at any time. If you convert to a paid account, all of your data, files, users, and teams can be retained. If you choose to no longer use our platform, all of your data, files and information will be permanently deleted.
