About FosterCare.Team
FosterCare.Team is a secure communication and collaboration platform designed for foster care agencies. It allows agency employees to create teams around foster children and/or foster families where everyone who works with those families can receive updates, share information, documents, photos, files and problem solve. FosterCare.Team has been used privately since 2015 and available publicly since 2018.
Secure and HIPAA compliant
We are a HIPAA compliant company and our servers are hosted at a Lansing, Michigan HIPAA compliant data center. We are willing to sign a BAA. Data on our platform is locked down at the team level. If you don't have access to the team, you can't see the data. The only way to get access to a team is to create a team or to be invited to join a team by the team administrator. Multi-device access
FosterCare.Team is a web-based platform, so it will run on any device that has internet access, including your smartphone. During our training classes, we show agency workers and foster parents how they can set their phone up so our platform runs like an app on their phone, but with much more efficient navigation.
Get onboarded fast!
If you are a foster care agency, we can have you up and running in a day. This includes complete training for your staff and foster parents. If you are a state, we can have every agency in your state trained and running within a week. This includes multiple live training opportunities for your agencies and foster parents, as well as pre-recorded, on-demand, web-based training. We follow a proven and efficient onboarding process we have perfected over the last two years.
